Medication Queries

 

We are unable to accept prescription requests by telephone.

From 1st September we will extend our turnaround to 7 days for all repeat prescription collections. If you use a mobile phone and you have consented to received sms messages, we will be able to send you a sms message once your prescription is ready.

Please let our Reception Team know if you need to update your contact details or complete the online form on our website. 

Calls to Dispensary (Option 3) will only be answered between 9am to 12pm Monday to Friday. Please bear with us as our Staff are working hard processing prescription requests.

 
  • Please note, we do not take medication orders over the phone.
  • Please respect our Staff during these difficult times, thank you for your patience.
  • From the 1st October 2024 we will no longer accept cash payments for Prescriptions at Elmham & Swanton Morley and we will only take card payments.
