New Patient Registration
New patients will be accepted only if they live within the practice boundary and at the Partners' discretion. On completion of the registration paperwork you will be asked to make an appointment with a Health Care Assistant for a new patient health check.
If you are currently on long term treatment / medication you will be offered an appointment with one of the doctors to ensure a supply of monthly prescriptions from our in house dispensary
Please contact reception for further information.
The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them. You can download the guide below.

Practice Area
Patients registered with the practice must normally live within the practice boundary area. This limitation is present to ensure that the practice can provide fast and appropriate emergency care to a patient who falls ill suddenly. If you have any queries or if you are new to this area and would like to register as a patient, please call in person at reception with your medical card. Below please look at our practice boundary.
